Seamless warp-knit construction eliminates side seam friction and pressure points during extended underwater operations, deep-sea low temperatures, welding heat, and heavy dive gear wear, while far-infrared thermal warmth, flame-retardant and heat-resistant yarns, quick-dry drainage, chlorine-resistant and uv-protective yarns, abrasion and scratch resistant yarns, silver ion antimicrobial, and high-visibility design meet commercial diving demands for extreme warmth, flame protection, and extended underwater comfort.
Our 800,000-piece monthly capacity is supported by 50 advanced seamless knitting machines and automated production systems, alongside 200+ industrial sewing machines. With approximately ten effective production months annually after planned holiday and maintenance periods, each seamless machine produces around 16,000 garments per month. This production structure ensures stable supply, consistent quality, and dependable delivery for large-scale industrial, performance, and professional apparel programs.
