06 / Quality and Refinement
Quality Through Every Stage
Quality checks run throughout production. Our quality-control standards are reviewed every six months.
In-Process Inspection
Quality inspection runs through the sewing and manufacturing process, with checks at key stages of production.
Material and Wash Testing
Testing covers shrinkage, color fastness, formaldehyde, pH, pilling, breathability, elasticity and changes in appearance after washing.
Durability Testing
Repeated hook, stretch and pilling tests assess material durability. Checks look for breakage, deformation, shrinkage, twisting, warping, uneven edges and yarn loss.
Appearance Checks
After-wash checks look for holes, lost buttons or decorative trims, visible deformation, discoloration and pilling.
Wear Trials and Refinement
Wear trials involve at least 100 participants over one month. Products are adjusted and refined before the final version enters production.
